After 30+ years in business and 15+ years balancing entrepreneurship with caregiving, I’ve learned that success without alignment leads to exhaustion. In the late ’80s, I made a life-changing decision to rise from addiction, an experience that forged my resilience, integrity, and radical self-honesty. That same strength and clarity now fuel my coaching: helping women release the noise, reclaim their focus, and move forward with confidence and calm power.
As a Certified NLP Coach & Trainer, I blend strategy with psychology, guiding clients to rewire hesitation into action, doubt into direction, and confusion into clarity.
