Andrew Hoggard
Andrew has over 34 years' experience in the healthcare industry. Andrew's career includes general management in NZ. He emigrated to Australia to take up an Operations Manager role with large Mutinational healthcare provider in the dental space and then later became the General Manager of that company. For 11 years in Australia, Andrew was responsible for leading the national sales activities of a Fortune 500 company. He continued for 2 years as Training and Business Development Director where the opportunity to speak to over 2000 people took flight.
Andrew moved back to NZ in 2013 and continued in a Management role manging a dental supply business. Andrew has a passion for people and building strong teams that make a difference. He has shared his experiences with groups of 5 to 400 and enjoys sharing tools that bring out the best in people.
