Pallas Hupé Cotter
Award-winning speaker, writer, & broadcaster helping others lead extraordinary lives—lives that POP—by finding your purpose, following your passion & expressing your personality. My newest mission: to help suicide loss survivors lead more fulfilling lives. As a loss survivor myself (twice over) I've learned how my POP Process tools, including creative expression, can help us all heal.
I'm a former award-winning TV journalist who has reinvented several times over.
In my 40s, I left my TV News career, moved to New Zealand (with my husband and two sons) and became am award-winning public speaker, while developing The POP Process.
In my 50s, I moved back to the USA to support loved ones at the end of their lives—while earning an MA in Creative Writing. I ended up writing a memoir about losing my brother and father to suicide.
Through creative expression, pondering life's flow and purpose, I've been digging deep and am now taking the first steps toward advocating for suicide survivors. Helping them rediscover their sense of self, purpose and resilience.
There are more than 60 million who are added to this group each year. I've learned that not only are survivors at a higher risk of suffering depression and PTSD, but are at an exponentially higher risk of dying by suicide ourselves. How to fight this? Help rediscover a passion for living, a "why".
My work builds on the topic I've been speaking about for more than a decade: how to make your life POP—with passion, purpose and personality.
I help people...
...who feel trapped in frozen lives
...who feel burned out (by grief or life's many challenges)
...who lack the clarity and confidence to move forward
Using my trademarked step-by-step POP ProcessI guide people to...
...own your strengths
....honor your passions & values
....express yourself & your true personality
My motto is: Life is Short. Make it POP! Make it extraordinary.
It starts with one simple step: pop that bubble you’re hiding in and live your life out loud.
You don’t have to shout. You just have to give voice to who you are.
