Hesma Stephens risk strategist, speaker, trainer and author . Hesma works with clients to recover and enhance their team's performance and resilience's by empowering their people to understand the risk in their organization environment. This includes cyber risk, employee discords, safety protocols to pursue, and mange problems to profit.

​Hesma clients include healthcare, manufacturing, associations, educational, judicial systems, and oil & gas. The owner of a safety management and training company for 9 years.  In addition,  to affiliations and memberships of the National Speakers Association Houston Chapter, Texas Mediators she has served as a state advocate for children with special needs in the judicial system. AHA instructor formerly National Safety Council Instructor.

Hesma is the founder of Social Enhancement Exchange (SEE) project for those with communication disorders to improve social skills. The former owner of JP Staffing in Southern California. Hesma now spends most weeks Training, Speaking and Consulting
