Janet Davis
Janet Davis is an Adjunct Chef Instructor and CEO at JADE Jamaican Grill and JADE Consulting. In 2016, Janet was chosen from among the region's best chefs to serve the Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia, bringing JADE's distinctive cuisine to the Welcome Delegate Reception and the National Media Party. She has made numerous appearances on NBC, FOX and PBS television, and has been featured in the Philadelphia Tribune and Catering Magazine. Janet is a popular host of cooking demonstrations for gourmet retailer Williams-Sonoma and a sought-after speaker on such topics as entrepreneurship and women in business.
She recently served as presenter at the International Restaurant and Foodservice Show of New York, panelist at programs from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business and Temple University's Women's Network, and has keynoted the 4th annual EOP (Educational Opportunity Program) Conference at SUNY New Paltz. An active supporter of important local, regional, and national causes, Janet frequently donates her time and expertise as a chef, consultant, and public speaker.
