Growing up, Todd struggled with dyslexia and attention disorders. In middle school, he overheard his guidance counselor telling his parents, "you'll be lucky if he graduates from high school, but college is out of the question."

Fast forward to today, Todd is a proud alumnus of the University of Arizona, an advisor to the Chairman of the President's Cancer Panel, and a board member for the American Society of Breast Surgeons. He is also a member of the SALT Center advisory board — University of Arizona's academic support program for students with learning disabilities and attention disorders.

His story is an inspiring example, that with the right guidance and mindset, anyone can overcome adversity and serve others.

Todd's career success started in 1999, when he was a talk show host on the #1 radio station in Arizona. Trailblazing in content marketing and search engine optimization, his first website went crazy viral, generating 36 million visitors a year on $0 ad-spend and a career was born.

From 2003-2007, Todd led digital marketing campaigns for ClearChannel & iHeart Radio. Looking at iHeart Radio's analytic databases of 100 million viewers, he noticed video was out-performing all other forms of web-media. Recognizing something revolutionary was happening online, Todd's early prioritization of video as a business tool, catapulted his career as a digital marketer, agency owner, and keynote speaker.
