NANCY PARSONS is one of today’s foremost global experts in combining the science of assessments with the art of developing people. In 2020, Nancy and her team launched CDR-U Coach, the first of its kind A/I type avatar coach providing individualized feedback and development for all employees. In January 2022, CDR-U Coach was awarded the international Gold Star Winner of the “Best New Product” by the Stevie Awards for Women in Business. In August 2022, CDR-U Coach was recognized for the Houston Business Journal Innovation Awards. CDR-U Coach provides personalized feedback to users based on the results of the most in-depth assessments available on the market today. Because of the rich data source, predictive results, and complex algorithms, CDR-U Coach provides an A/I type experience for users with no two users having the same feedback – it is that personalized. Nancy was awarded the highly prestigious MEECO International Thought Leadership of Distinction in Executive Coaching in 2019 which only a select few have received such as Marshall Goldsmith, Jim Kouzes, and Bob Anderson. She has also been selected as an Official Presenter in the 2019 World Business & Executive Coach Summit (WBECS).
