Elisabet Rodriguez is the founder and president of Rodriguez & Associates, a strategic consulting firm headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The firm specializes in gender integration a customized approach to women's advancement in organizations, yielding an increase in retention, team performance, engagement and promotability.


Elisabet is actively involved in executive leadership programs, for multinational companies in the US, such as KPMG, DUKE Energy, Exelon, INPO, PPG, Westinghouse, EQT, GSK to name a few, in Latin America with companies like Dow and in Prague, Czech Republic with UniCredit and Microsoft as well as with the British Chamber of Commerce and the US Business School of Prague, launching ground-breaking executive programs for women.


Elisabet serves as lead faculty at the Duquesne University Women's Executive Leadership Program, where she teaches Leadership, Change: The Organization as a System, Ethics, and Global Issues in Organizations. She is also adjunct faculty at Duquesne University's School of Business teaching, Strategy, and Managing a Diverse Workforce.


For the last seven years she has been teaching coaching and mentoring as faculty at the Executive Leadership Program for the University of Pittsburgh in Prague, Czech Republic and Sao Paolo, Brazil. Some of the participating companies: Dow, PWC, Deloitte.com, PPG, CEZ.


In addition to teaching, consulting for multinational companies, and public speaking, Elisabet is author of Can You Afford to Ignore Me? How to Manage Gender and Cultural Differences at Work. The book enables executives at all corporate levels to understand how to navigate the complexities of gender and culture in the new global economy.


Elisabet has been an ongoing contributor to Leaders Prague and Woman Magazine premier publications for executives in Europe's eastern region.
