CT, USAndi Campbell is a workplace learning and development leader with an emphasis on strategic talent management. As the VP of HR, she leads LAZ Parking's HR and people and culture initiatives for its 10,000+ employees across 26 states.
Prior to joining LAZ, Andi was the VP of Learning & Development for LPL Financial. She was listed as one of the "Top 40 Young Trainers" by Training Magazine in 2012 and has received acclaim in CLO, ELearning and Parking Magazines for her work with corporate universities and people strategies.
With a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Andi was the Chair for the program advisory committee for the Association for Talent Development's Techknowledge Conference in 2015 and has been an advisory board member for the National Parking Association's Certified Parking Professional (CPP) credential. She was also listed in 2015 as one of the National Parking Associations "Top 40 Under 40," as well as writes as a regular contributor for various magazines, journals and blogs.
In addition to her work accomplishments, Andi practices yoga, has a black belt in Korean karate and she spends her weekends hiking and exploring the outdoors. She has passion for helping young leaders grow, speaking around the U.S. about her cutting-edge work with people and culture - and she specializes in hugs instead of handshakes!
