I teach entrepreneurs, experts, and professionals to stand in their power and presence to speak with confidence by untangling their fears of being seen and heard.

According to a Gallup poll survey, more than 40% of people responded with having a fear of speaking. It stands to reason that a good portion of the workforce, from the C suite to support staff, is held back from this anxiety, preventing them from being their best selves at work.

There are many management techniques to be found on google. The problem is, that managing fear is not the same as getting rid of it. And what ends up happening is you have leaders and employees alike, losing sleep and time at work over presenting. If we want to maximize teamwork, communication, innovation, and efficiency, people need to feel confident expressing themselves.

Linda Ugelow (YOU-guh-low) brings a fresh approach to overcoming the fear of speaking that inspires audiences to transform their dread to delight instead. With a degree in psychology and a Masters in Expressive Therapies, Linda’s been helping people get comfortable in their skin for decades.

Formerly stricken with public speaking fear herself, she now coaches entrepreneurs, business owners, and corporate leaders to master the inner game of being seen and heard without the nerves, so they can be their most charismatic selves online, onstage, in the media, or in the meeting room.

As an international speaker, Linda has presented at the Positive Psychology Conference in France and emcee'd at TEDx Debrecen University in Hungary. She’s also presented at the Applied Improvisation Network Annual Conference, the Alumni Learning Consortium, and conducted corporate training for companies such as EnerSys and Cutline PR. Linda will be the Opening Keynote at ProfitCon 2022.

You can learn about her ground-breaking approach in her new book, Delight In The Limelight: Overcome Your Fear of Being Seen and Realize Your Dreams.
