Personal energy management expert, author, ultra-distance bicyclist, helps his audiences discover the energy to accomplish more in less time, reduce stress, and balance career and lifestyle

Author of Getting UP! Supercharging Your Energy, Greg Conderacci helps his audiences go from apathetic and exhausted to engaged and energized.

"Twentieth Century time management skills don't go far enough in today's 'always on' world," Greg says. "You can't get more than 24 hours in a day, but you can get far more energy. Now, you need to spend time managing your energy -- not energy managing your time."

Greg's message is more than motivational.  He provides the tools to tap the vast pools of hidden energy within to reduce stress, accomplish more and achieve work-life balance. In 2015 at the age of 66, he used those techniques to ride a bicycle across the United States in just 18 days -- averaging more than 150 miles a day. "Energy isn't about what you drink; it's about what you think," he says.

When he isn't consulting on corporate identity and energy, he teaches marketing at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, the #1-ranked U.S. public health school.

Early in his career, he left a job covering economics at The Wall Street Journal to spend a decade creating programs for the poor in Baltimore -- including Maryland's largest soup kitchen, Our Daily Bread. (Over the last 35 years, it has served more than 7 million meals...and lunch to the Pope.) Later, he led marketing and sales teams at Price Waterhouse and Prudential. He was chief marketing officer at Alex. Brown, America's oldest investment bank.

A magna cum laude graduate of Princeton, he has a Masters in Public Policy from the John F. Kennedy School at Harvard.
