Dennis has a Master of Science degree in Adult Education and has worked as a Trainer and Training Consultant for the past 20 years. Dennis facilitates over 50 different courses.

Dennis loves the business of training. He says that the best part is helping others to learn things that can dramatically impact their lives. Dennis enjoys bringing fun into training, and says that training should never be boring. He always encourages an active and dynamic training environment.

As a trainer, he enjoys managing the creative applications of change concepts in a variety of learning situations. He uses the dynamics of change in his training style and in his personal life. His focus, and sensitivity is to the "training bottom line" which is affecting lasting change through training.

Dennis is a regular part-time instructor with Continuing Education at Red Deer College, but has many corporate clients.
