Dan, born in England, grew up with soccer as his only goal. Leaving home as his 15th brithday loomed, Dan lived on the streets for a time, but never losing the focus that his life had the power to achieve his goals. Graduating from Bournemouth Grammar School and spending time at professional soccer lcubs, Dan's life took a massive turn when he fell out of love with his childhood dreams and was heading towards a military career. A chance meeting changed his life forever, when dared to audition for a dance school. Challenges have always been a part of Dan's growth - and his ability to never see obstacles - but rather opportunities. Since that fateful day, Dan has played the Lead in the West End and around the World in Sir Andrew Lloyd Webber shows - before fracturing his spine in Starlight Express at the Las Vegas Hilton -  and ending up paralyzed. It took six months of 5 days a week therapy to overcome the disability - learning to work his fingers, fine dexterity being the hardest accomplishment alomg the way. During this time Dan was recruited into the soccer world - becoming an Head Coach for the Olympic Development Program for Soccer in Nevada and then the West of Amercia. He was offered the Head position back in California where he was also offered the Assistant Coaching position a the World Famous Los Angeles Galaxy.

Dan continued to work in Showbiz - being a leading creative figure on Universal Studios "Kicking and Screaming" with Will Ferrell and Robert Duvall - as well as appearing in the movie opposite these superstars. He ceated projects for Dreamworks, working alongside Channing Tatum and Amanda Bynes before being borught in to direct, second unit direct and create many feature film projects. His resume put him on the top of the feature movie world for soccer. Dans greatest project so far has been working alongside Mark Burnett on his own Documentary - The Ultimate Goal - and having Mark as a dear friend and mentor. Dan learned so much from Mark about business, people and life - rethinking his approach to competition yet never giving up the desire to be the best.

Dan has mentored thousands of atheltes and business successes. On the soccer field Dan currently has 25 players who he has trained and mentored along the way. FIFA man of the year, Michael Lahoud, every year visits Dan for a pre-season inspirational week and mentions Dan as the reason his preparation has taken him to another level in his game on and off the field.

Dan started a non-profit organization for youth athletes to achieve goals through soccer and he placed hundreds into colleges around America. Most on scholarships. 

After years of teaching and building dreams, Dan put together a most inspiraitonal and compelling presentation on the success stories and strategies used in team building, individuals within teams, dreams and how to see the path to them with Character building and unwavering vision. His success rate is only matched with his constant desire to reach higher, become stronger, overcome more and ultimately conquer any blocks that may be in the way to the top.
