Starting off with his very first job as a newspaper delivery boy with a 4-H project of raising two dozen chickens, Ron decided to combine the offer of the daily news with the additional delivery of farm-fresh eggs! This unique strategy of "enjoy reading your paper while eating a delicious breakfast" caught on quickly and led Ron to winning several sales awards. From the early days of selling door-to-door, to later in life as a leading top sales professional, sales manager, business owner, and sales trainer, Ron has focused on all areas of goal achievement, personal development, as well as public speaking skill training. Ron has been a longtime member of Toastmasters International where he held various leadership roles, organized public speaking contests, led youth leadership programs, and mentored others with public speaking skill development.
