My name is John Ramstead and I'm a former Navy combat fighter pilot, serial entrepreneur, and survivor of a near-fatal accident. Flying F-14s taught me that if you veer off course just one degree you can end up hundreds of miles away from your destination. To successfully accomplish your mission you need two things; Your true north and a flight plan. My passion is being your wingman to guide you through the exact process to create the life you know you are meant to live.
My favorite question is "What is the life you would love to create?" Some of my clients need help discerning their purpose and their goals. Some know exactly what they want, but don't know how to get there. I can help you write the flight plan you need to turn greatness into reality.
As a former Navy combat fighter pilot, serial entrepreneur and executive coach, I have learned how to lead beyond my own influence and create organizations that brought out the best in all of their people, overcome adversity, accomplish great goals and leave a legacy in the people they impact and the communities they live in.
Seven years ago everything changed for me when I was involved in what should have been a fatal accident. As I recovered from a severe traumatic brain injury that put me under hospital care for 22 months and required 23 surgeries, I realized what was truly important. I am here because of God's direct intervention at the accident. Given a second chance at life forced me to connect with my best self. Radically transform my thinking. And then take the small steps forward each day into my best life. Today I would tell you that I am living a 10 out of 10 life and my passion is helping others do the same.
