It is exciting as people engage in highly interactive sessions: answering questions, working with their friends, and answering polls. They generate their own 'aha' moments and ask themselves all kinds of questions. It is amazing to see as they figure out who they are, and who that other person is, and start to adapt to build more understanding and better results.
The Process
I desire for people to 'be better' and work with them to make that happen. Corporately, this generally starts with the sales or leadership organization. I use the DISC Model of Human Behaviour to assist in this process and then move to coaching as required.
We can discuss sales process and underlying skills, (DISC, communication, great conversations, questions, objection handling), storytelling, and presenting as well as sales leadership coaching and executive coaching as required for your team.
