Gina Alexandris

ON, CANADA
Be inspired to aim high and achieve your brightest professional goals, with sound judgement, humour, compassion and respect.

For nearly 20 years, Gina Alexandris has been inspiring and supporting individuals and organizations to strategically define their hopes and acheive their goals.  Through her years working in higher education, and happily participating in countless graduation ceremonies, Gina defines her approach as celebrating others as they work toward their dreams.

Gina is an adult educator (OISE MEd), coach (CTI Trained), public speaker (CAPS), former lawyer (Osgoode Hall Law School) and lifelong learner (Life and all opportunities).  She likes to think of herself as a runner...and has a couple of 10kms behind her (though the original Athens Marathon remains one of her big bucket-list items!)

Gina is passionate about personal and professional development, diversity and inclusion and developing strong relationships and networks.

She enjoys photography (yes, she is her family's unofficial historian!), travel and is a proud Greek-Canadian soccer mom living with her family in Toronto.

Success and Serendipity

Planning is important in developing and achieving your goals.  However, along the way, we should each stay open...to serendipity.  Those chance encounters and opportunities that may take us from our path, and lead us to our purpose and passion.

Gina invites and encourages her audience members to think ahead, plan...and to also develop an open mindset and stay curious to those chance happenings that are often life-changing.

Lessons from my Immigrant Parents

As the daughter of immigrant parents to Canada, Gina's beliefs, actions and values have been significantly defined by her experiences.  These "life lessons" impact both personal and professional choices:

Cultivate respect, patience and determination.

Keep it simple, keep it real.

Be amazed and grateful.

Pay it forward and share.
