Dr. Cortney Baker is a speech therapist, business owner, leadership expert, entrepreneur, speaker, wife, mother of three, and proud native Texan. She received her doctoral degree at Pepperdine University in Organizational Leadership, and she has a passion for inspiring others to identify and develop their leadership potential. She is owner and CEO of KidsCare Therapy, a pediatric home healthcare agency employing hundreds of people all over Texas. Dr. Baker also opened Baker Management Group, an organization where she enjoys consulting and speaking nationwide.
