TRUST is today's greatest differentiator. If you are trustworthy and your competition is not, customers will buy from you 100% of the time. You can even raise your prices 29.6% and still get the business. High-trust organizations are more productive and innovative, complete projects 45% more on time and on budget, and deliver four times higher shareholder returns. Employees in high-trust companies are more engaged, less stressed, less likely to leave, use fewer sick days, and love their jobs!

But TRUST is NOT what you think it is. TRUST is RELATIVE, RECIPROCAL, and DYNAMIC. It is not absolute, universal, or static.

Dr. Yoram Solomon has researched TRUST for more than a decade. He published 19 books, including The Book of TRUST (now in 3rd Edition, with 550 pages, and the most comprehensive, research-based book ever written about TRUST), The (MINI) Book of TRUST (for those who will settle for learning the "nuts and bolts" of TRUST in 180 pages), The WORKBOOK of TRUST (used in The TRUST HABITS workshop), the book series CAN I TRUST YOU? (with new habits for leaders, team members, project managers, salespeople, consultants, advisors, and coaches, the book Culture Starts with YOU, Not Your Boss! and many more.

He authored more than 300 articles for Inc. Magazine, Innovation Excellence, Directors & Boards, and more publications.

He was named one of the top 10 global thought leaders on Culture and HR by Thinkers 360.

Yoram is the host of The TRUST Show Podcast, rated in the top 3% of all podcasts globally.

His work exists at the intersection of TRUST and HABITS. It's not enough to know what you must do to be more trusted, you must also form habits that will help you build your trustworthiness. He believes that:

  • TRUST turns a group of creative and productive individuals into a creative and productive TEAM
  • TRUST is the foundation of every relationship you have, professional and personal
  • The building block of TRUST is TRUSTWORTHINESS
  • TRUST is RELATIVE and DYNAMIC. It is not universal, absolute, or static
  • To become TRUSTWORTHY, you must form new HABITS.

Yoram's flagship event is the TRUST HABITS WORKSHOP. It's a half- or full-day workshop made of three parts:

  • INSPIRATION (The WHY): why is trust important to your organization? What is the impact of high (or low) trust on your employees and outcomes?
  • EDUCATION (The WHAT): what is trust? (through the 8 laws of trust), and what makes you trustworthy (through Yoram's proprietary and unique 6-component model of "who you are" and "what you do")
  • APPLICATION (The HOW): every workshop participant gets to develop their individual plan to form habits that will build their trustworthiness

He also delivers the first component (INSPIRATION) as a KEYNOTE.

Dr. Solomon is an adjunct professor of entrepreneurship at the Cox Graduate School of Business at Southern Methodist University in Dallas.

His work is inspired by research he has done since 2008, his work as an engineer, an executive, a board member, and CEO; his service as an elected official; and his service as a pilot and a member of the IDF 35th Airborne Brigade.

His customers include a wide range of Fortune 500 companies as well as startups, for-profit, non-profit, and government organizations, in a broad spectrum of industries from technology to retail, healthcare, defense, and education. He served companies such as AT&T, Dannon, Amway, Texas Instruments, and many more, who described his keynotes, workshops, programs, and webinars as transformative.
