Born from an ethnical diverse working class family (Dominican Republic and Cuban parents); Juan lived most of his life in Puerto Rico until he moved to Pennsylvania in 2011 looking for a better future for his wife and daughter. He later moved to the Middle Tennessee area in 2014. In 2016 he founded the Institute for Business Success, LLC in Tennessee, USA, to help Entrepreneurs and Small Businesses from around the globe to apply proven methods to achieve sustainable success.
