Innovation and prosperity through business relationship mapping - lessons on engagement and empowerment

Here's the bad news: many sectors of the economy are struggling. Here's the good news: those same sectors have the power to innovate, drive growth and generate wealth. It's just a matter how they are seeing the resources at their disposal and how they are using their existing networks.

Here's the better news: not only can businesses regain lost market share, they can emerge stronger, more competitive, and better positioned.

The issue at hand is whether or not they choose to see the abundance around them.

I've been deeply interested in how entrepreneurs and businesses adapt to changing circumstances. One of the key things I've noticed is that a business' resiliency is directly tied to its ability to innovate and compete. Business resiliency in this case relates to leadership and conflict resolution capabilities.

To help businesses pivot I've developed a business relationship mapping tool. It helps them better understand their ecosystem, identify relationships that are money sinks, and identify places of opportunity.

I've been working in the area of leadership and conflict resolution for over ten years. I write extensively on leadership, conflict resolution, and innovation issues on my blog as well as many trade publications.

I hold a masters' degree in social sciences, certifications in negotiation, leadership, alternative dispute resolution, and community dispute relation.

I'm a cofounder of a clean agricultural technology company. I have extensive volunteer experience.

I extend clarity coaching. These are session to brainstorm obstacles and ways forward. I also offer training, webinars and keynotes. I am fluently bilingual (French/English) and am happy to travel.
