Inspire and empower your team towards personal and professional success through the power of example of living life with passion and purpose.

On November 30th, 1992, at the age of 26, I was run over by a 68 ton railway car due to a workplace accident.

As a result, I suffered the loss of my right arm and right leg. I spent months in the hospital recovering then spent 2 years in gruelling rehabilitation. Learning life all over again.

Through this experience and process changed my life from being a victim to a victor. From a perceived diaability to an ability of I Can, I Will. This journey became as a new beginning, a new birth, in which rerailed my life on a track of possibilities with power, passion and purpose.

Today, as CEO of Voice of Victory, Motivational Speaker, I share my message to thouands of people to encourage, inspire, and empwer towards becoming the best version of yourself despite the circumstances. There is life after loss.

I have been honoured with the Canada's Walk of Fame UnSung Hero Award for Canada. My life is centred around philanthropy and building human and community capital.

My personal philisophical statement is this, "it's not what happens to you in life, it's how you choose to respond that will make the difference." John Cairns.
