Elaine Myada is a communications expert with 20 years' experience delivering creative, engaging, results-driven and award-winning campaigns including traditional and digital communications for public and and private industry clients. She specializes in public relations, marketing, public health communications, media relations, partnerships, community outreach, advertising and social media.
Elaine is chief executive officer of Myada Communications. Prior to starting her own firm, she held executive level positions at Octane Public Relations and Advertising as well as Ketchum. She has provided strategic communications counsel to various clients including the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services (HHS), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the National Institutes of Health (NIH), the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), DC Department of Health, Epilepsy Foundation, The Home Depot, Clorox, Delta Airlines and Best Buy's Geek Squad. Her work has been recognized with more than 50 internal agency and external PR industry awards since 2002.
