As a leadership development consultant, Courtney delivers programs that impact business results and align with organizational strategies. I contracted and partnered with Courtney on two strategic program series of courses aligned to Populus Financial Group's core values. In addition, Courtney took time to go further to assist in supplemental documents (training aids) to support the messaging of the courses we developed, deployed, and executed in the field with applause from top Populus leadership.
