Beth landed at Insight Management Consulting, an organizational and leadership development firm focused on communication, leadership, and strategic change initiatives. At Insight Management Consulting, she uses her 20 years experience strategically working with key decision makers in some of the largest school districts, universities and corporations in the United States, along with her energetic and persuasive personality to motivate others to make positive, lasting life changes through training, speaking, coaching, and consulting.
Beth attributes her successful career to the excellent communication skills she began developing years ago, and continues to develop through Toastmasters International where she has earned her Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) Certification. A member of the National Speakers Association, she has planned and keynoted regional women's conferences, facilitated workshops and retreats, and regularly teaches in the community. She holds a BS in Business Administration, is a Certified Employee Engagement Coach, Certified Crucial Conversations Trainer, and Certified Lean Practitioner.
Additionally, Beth is passtionate about God's Word. Bringing the Bible to life, she spurs her faith-based audiences to go deeper into God's precepts, promises, and purposes.A Precept Ministries certified instructor, she is almost always leading a discipleship class, teaching women how to discover God's truth for themselves.
Fun Facts about Beth: She is motivated by creativity, impact and fun. Each summer she freezes about fifty dozen ears of corn by blanching it in her ... dishwasher! She enjoys telling tales about her husband who she affectionately refers to as Capt'n Safety, and their two young adult sons. Fun, sparkle, and vibrancy follow her wherever she goes.
