"Wow still musing over the inspiring information shared at the LeadingAge GA/SC Annual conference especially from the Speaker Alana M. Hill. Mrs. Hill you truly brought into focus the word (Catalyst = Reason). I left the conference energized and ready to serve at a greater level the Elders that live in the senior community that I managed with greater passion and purpose and also to implement elders talks/activities so that they recognize for the years that are ahead of them to have fun and live life on purpose."

Great discussion on driving strategic change! I attended her virtual presentation on "Leading Change: Driving Strategic Change In Your Project Team" through PMI Houston Chapter. I enjoyed the presentation and appreciated the spotlight on emotional intelligence. In a not-so-subtle way, she even alluded to high-EQ organizations as those that demonstrate inclusion and cultural competency. Bravo!

Alana was a keynote speaker for our local PMI chapter and she knocked it out of the park. Delivering an inspirational message during a global pandemic can't be easy, but Alana left us all feeling positive and encouraged. Her energy is unmatched. She kept us engaged even though the event was via Zoom. Very impressive! I welcome the opportunity to hear Alana speak in the future. She is a true inspiration!

Alana just completed a presentation for the PMIINW and GR8PM groups - and she couldn't have been more engaging! Her messaging really hit home on so many levels for our members. Alana encouraged our expert PMs to exercise a methodical, yet thoughtful process that invoked passion and humility. Even with this presentation over Zoom, Alana stood the entire time, made us laugh and made us feel like humans. I'd recommend Alana for your next Corporate Retreat, Project Management Seminar, or Leadership meeting!

Transformative Change Management Leader at Kimberly-Clark Alana was the keynote speaker for my company's global Change Management & Communications Consortium recently. We chose her because of her dynamic and energetic speaking style and extensive experience in our space, and we were blown away by all the other attributes she demonstrated. She gave excellent advice to the team about seeing themselves as business partners, how to evaluate clients to be able to anticipate their needs, and provided some practical tools that they could use right away to build these relationships. I'm so glad she spoke at the beginning of the conference, as the team left motivated, inspired, and empowered. I would highly recommend Alana for her willingness to cater her extensive knowledge and experience to create a message that really resonates with the audience, and delivery that leaves a lasting impression!

Alana was a keynote speaker for our annual PM Day. Her presentation, "Leading Change in a Changing World: Adaptive Leadership Strategies that Win", was a hit! With her deep experience in project management, she was easily able to connect with the audience. She went the extra mile, learning what she could about the "pain points" in our particular organization and delivering a presentation that resonated. Her presentation style is energetic and engaging. Not only is she a great presenter, she was a pleasure to work with through the entire process. This was our second virtual event, and her expertise in professional, dynamic virtual delivery was very much appreciated.
