I always tailor content in detail for the client and also make sure that I stay at the event for the rest of that day after speaking, including dinners where appropriate, so that audience members can ask me questions and talk confidentially. Additionally I also record "taster" videos for event organisers that can be used in websites or social media before the event to boost the event profile and attendance and clips extracted from my speaking for use afterwards for social media or "reminders". All audience members get an implementation guide.
