I love what I do! I get to lead and work with an amazing group of people every day. I am responsible for the direction, vision, and culture of the company. Personal and company growth is very important to me. I believe that we should constantly be improving and striving to be better. I spend a lot of time researching and studying to ensure we are as up to date in our treatment methods as possible, finding ways we can improve internally, and ways to offer a better service and experience to our clients.
