She has come full circle from the depths of Post Partum Depression, past trauma and abuse, and most recently divorce, into an EMPOWERED and AUTHENTIC relationship with herself and those around her.
It is her Mission to be of service to mothers that are struggling with a sense of identity, lack of self care, boundaries and support.
She is a highly sensitive, empathic and caring. Alissa uses creative and innovative methods of healing, coaching and teaching with her clients and tribe. Some of which include dreamwork, mindfulness, play therapy, music therapy and intuitive readings.
Her vision is to see all mothers deeply integrate all aspects of their being so that they may authentically express themselves and feel supported, loved and empowered. Fierce self care is demonstrated and witnessed by your child(ren), so they understand and respect you and learn to treat themselves with the same gentleness and love.
