Also, she is an author, speaker, performance coach and injury prevention specialist with over 20 years of experience, certified by National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Performance Enhancement Specialist and Injury Prevention Specialist, and she holds a Certificate in Plant Based Nutrition from eCornell University.
Suzanna was born in former communist Czechoslovakia, where she was a national level athlete. She has earned two master degrees in computer science and speaks six languages. She managed to escape, and through Sweden, where she lived for 10 years, she landed in Venice Beach, with one bag, one bicycle, no English skills, no place to go, and no friends to depend on. She has created herself a beautiful life from nothing. Twice.

After giving up her academic lifestyle, she become the happiest fitness professional out there. Suzanna loves teaching others about health, fitness, longevity, and plant-based nutrition. She truly enjoys helping people to become super fit, feel good, and age gracefully.

The standard American diet (SAD) is a sad proposition for people's health and longevity. In our diet, 65% of calories comes from processed foods, 25% from animal products, and only 12% from plants (and half of it comes from french fries!).
