Jeanne Bernick is an ag consultant and business specialist with a passion for supporting, educating and inspiring women in agriculture around the globe. Jeanne works with agricultural producers and industry leaders to facilitate healthy, growing farm operations that are sustainable for years to come. She offers a depth of industry insights and works alongside producers to zero-in on farm business solutions. 

Prior to her work as a consultant with KCoe Isom, Jeanne spent 20 years as an editor with Farm Journal Media, developing long standing relationships with farmers and their families. She sat at their farm kitchen tables and listened to their stories, watched their families grow and saw children take over the family farm. She has witnessed farm businesses fail and succeed. But at the heart of business were always the women in agriculture.

Jeanne establshed the first national Executive Women in Agriculture conference focused on helping women improve their farm business and networking skills. She helped develop a national peer-to-peer network for farmers that gives them the opportunity to consult with like-minded ag producers on business ideas and financial growth.
