When college did not even seem a possibility because of finances, Elin set about working hard and doing what needed to be done to earn scholarships.
When starting her career, Elin entered the male-dominated workforce of airline sales. Against the odds, she became one of the first female executive sales directors of an international airline.
As a business owner Elin turned a staff of two, herself and a receptionist, into a multi-million dollar event planning company with over twenty-five employees.
As a certified Achievement Coach Elin has used her skills to propel her clients on the road of realizing and exceeding their dreams.
Elin has always been a speaker. Whether speaking to business groups across the country which she did as an airline executive or at conferences for business owners, Elin's desire to coach, inspire and motivate people always bubbled to the top of her programs.
