Kevin grew up in a small rural Missouri town, on the banks of the Mississippi River. With a population of only 2,000 people and a struggling economy, the concepts of living a life of purpose and prosperity were not commonplace.
But while his pockets may have been empty, his parents ensured that his mind and heart were full of dreams of a more prosperous life. Kevin has had a successful career as a small business owner, corporate executive, serving on boards and supporting philanthropic causes. But more than anything he loves his true passion.....speaking.
Kevin became a professional speaker because he believes that words have power. The Power to create... or the Power to destroy. The Power to heal... or the Power to hurt. The Power to speak lack...or the Power to Speak Life.
Kevin is an engaged member of his community. He has served on the board of trustees for Morehouse College and the Morehouse School of Medicine. Kevin was also National President of the Morehouse College Alumni Association. He is affiliated with a number of charitable organizations including Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Atlanta, Boys and Girls Clubs of America, and CURE Childhood Cancer.
