MY BACKGROUND: I am a Certified Executive Coach with over 35 years of experience in the industrial packaging industry. In addition, I am a Professional Speaker and Corporate Trainer as well as an industrial packaging specialist with experience in lean manufacturing and standardization of operations practices.
