Jennifer Manuel

Jennifer is the Founder & CEO of Via Consulting Group, a boutique leadership development consultancy and executive coaching organization dedicated to helping women solve their most challenging career transitions with grace.

A Sacramento, CA native, Jennifer received undergraduate degrees in Psychology & Philosophy from Santa Clara University and her Masters in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from New York University. She received her professional coaching certification through the UC Davis extension and is a March 2016 candidate for the International Coach Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach.

Prior to starting Via in 2015, Jennifer spent 10 years in a variety of leadership roles within IBM's Global Business Services consulting organization, where she ran award-winning global programs for Fortune 100 clients in leadership development, change management, and digital collaboration. She is an advocate for servant leadership, strengths-based development, and feminine approaches to management & goal-setting.

Jennifer is proud to serve as the community relations board member for NAWBO-Sacramento, a core team member for the MetroEDGE Professional Development team, and as a co-sponsor and volunteer with TEDxSacramento. She enjoys volunteering as a foster mommy for NorCal Beagle Rescue, making homemade pasta & ricotta, and enjoying the delicious Sacramento food scene.
