Tony Esteves | TEDx Keynote Speaker | Social Health Expert | Solution-Focused Coach

Tony Esteves is a TEDx keynote speaker, workshop facilitator, certified Solution-Focused coach, and Social Health Expert who helps individuals and teams reconnect—through play, storytelling, and meaningful, real-world conversations.

For over 20 years, Tony has delivered transformative learning experiences across five continents. He brings an energetic, playful, and deeply human approach to every session—grounded in his unique background that includes a decade performing in a professional circus. That time taught him not only how to engage an audience, but how movement, spontaneity, and laughter can be powerful tools for connection.

Tony’s work is inspired by the growing global recognition that social health is vital to our well-being. In 2024, the World Health Assembly declared social connection as essential as physical and mental health. His recent TEDx talk on June 10, 2025, explored the life-changing power of human connection and how small acts of micro-bravery can lead to deeper meaning in our lives and work.

He is the creator of the Talk2MorePeople Project, a one-year challenge where he met a new stranger every day. This personal mental health journey evolved into a professional mission: to help others put down their devices and rediscover the life-changing magic of real-world conversations. Many of the people Tony met during that project remain his closest friends to this day.

Tony is also the author of Talk2MorePeople: Change Your Life by Meeting People, which offers a practical, inspiring process for cultivating connection in an increasingly disconnected world.

Whether he’s on a keynote stage, leading a leadership retreat, or facilitating a playful team workshop, Tony delivers memorable experiences that spark trust, empathy, and transformation.

TEDx Victoria Attendee Testimonial, June 10, 2025

Tony delivered an engaging and exciting TedX talk, and the audience loved it! Right afterwards, I stood in line and the woman behind me said, “well, I guess this is a great time to practice micro bravery,” and introduced herself to me. Tony is an excellent speaker, and the audience loved it. Thank you, Tony!
