Andrew Church
Andrew Church is known as Australia's "$60,000,000 Man" who applies the 'lean' philosophies and unique continuous improvement methodologies to help his clients, including many Fortune 500 companies, reduce operating costs and improving efficiencies.
With a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, he became founder and master trainer at Kreative Kaizen, using his 30 years experience developing unique business building tools, and pioneering BIOSTRAN Biographical Strategy Analysis™, OZLEAN™, The Lean Academy™, and Kreative Kaizen... all of which are explained in two expert books he authored, "How To Solve Your Problems Without A Superhero"
and "Architect of Change: Becoming a 21st Century Change Management Leader". His trademarked Eaglewing Multimedia Australia (EAM)™ is used for blogs, vlogs & multimedia podcasts. An exciting career that began as an executive chef at one of Australia's premier hotels provided the foundation for his ability to identify efficiencies and cost savings. His expertise and comfortable manner resulted in being invited as a Celebrity Chef on the Morning Show. A chef is a profession that relies on split-second timing, fast and efficient processes, waste elimination, clear and effective communication and strong leadership. Andrew's first foray into training was very encouraging. He learned to develop innovative business training materials. He wanted to learn more, so he went to a Japanese consortium to study with some of the best Master Black Belts in Six Sigma and upon graduating returned to Australia and developed leading edge training programs on change management and problem solving and quickly attracted dozens of companies, with the result of 60 million dollar savings for these companies. During a 20 year training career, his award-winning programs were used by government departments, colleges, small and medium size companies.
Andrew Church is also a local military historian and has opened the not-for-profit Central Coast Interactive War Exhibit (CCIWE), to display his extensive collection of uniforms, medals and war time artefacts from world conflicts. It's one of the largest private collections in Australia and includes an educational facility whose programs are mapped to the NSW curriculum of both primary and high schools.
As a speaker, Andrew delivers messages that can be applied to all aspects of life, not just business. He engages, inspires and motivates audiences. He's a regular contributor to newspapers and business magazines, and has appeared on both radio and television.
