What others have said about Michelle:
Michelle offers a well-rounded presentation which included handouts that were interactive. Her materials were made to challenge employee thinking. Michelle noted that stress management was not a cookie cutter approach and sought feedback on what teammate employees feel their stress triggers are. Michelle was helpful in giving tips and "real life experience" advice on ways in which to sort out stressful issues. Michelle was well within her targeted time of 25 minutes which was the full time allotted for her presentation. She was also mindful about creating a dynamic opening that which caught the attention of teammates and a structured closing. Michelle was poised yet relaxed, cheerful and willing to assist with any style of questions or comments teammates had. In addition, Michelle was motivated and interested in learning from teammates as well! I am certain that building a professional relationship with Michelle, will continue to be rewarding as we continue to seek out her wellness services. Ava Adames, MS - Cigna Health and Wellness Coach, Cigna Wellness Team for DaVita
Michelle's workshops provide great knowledge, honesty, insight and information that can be used immediately in your daily work. I have booked Micheelle for several of my "Women Supporting Women" seminars. She's one of the best speakers in the field. Her work is priceles and exudes all of the work that she has put into gaining the knowledge necessary to empower and encourage others. Michelle is a dynamic speaker and I highly recommend her over ad over again. Obioma Martin, MEd. - Owner of Omart Training and Development, Founder of Women Supporting Women
