Harnessing two decades of broad-based experience in the public (hospital sector), private (Johnson and Johnson Inc.) and entrepreneurial sectors (professional and organizational development), Natalie is sought after as a speaker, executive coach, corporate team coach, a workshop facilitator and management consultant. Her extensive management experience and her work on global teams informs her work as a management consultant. Natalie is on a mission to help individuals, teams and organizations thrive in the new world of work.

Through handcrafted talks and interactive workshops, one-to-one and team coaching her clients and audiences learn to harness their unique strengths to bring their most important and meaningful work into the world.

Natalie helps organizations of all sizes thrive in the new world of work by focusing on work-based capacity-building, including on-boarding/engagement, embracing millennials in the multi-generational environment, workplace wellbeing, interpersonal communication, strenghts-based team dynamics, positive change management, organizational learning and positive leadership.

Natalie is accredited as a coach by the International Coach Federation. She is certified as a Positive Psychology Coach, has certificates in Group and Team Coaching and Appreciative Inquiry Coaching. She brings with her more than four years experience as an Instructor at her alma mater, The University of Toronto, in their Continuing & Professional Learning Department (The Ontario Institute for Studies in Education).
