Scott Silver is a passionate investor advocate and the managing partner of Silver Law Group which represents victims of securities and investment fraud. Scott has represented victims in claims involving Madoff, Stanford and Rothstein. He has also helped victims recover millions of dollars from every major Wall Street bank. He now hopes to educate investors to help avoid poor investment choices.
After graduating from SUNY Albany and Miami Law School, Scott completed a certified internship program at the Securities & Exchange Commission ("SEC"). Scott then worked for a Wall Street defense firm before relocating to South Florida.
Scott is the author of The Sheep of Wall Street: How to Avoid Being Eaten by the Wolves. Amongst other accolades, he has been recognized by Superlawyers Magazine, the Legal Elite and The Daily Business Review as Securities Litigator of the Year. He is the current co-chairman of the Securities and Financial Fraud group of the American Association of Justice.
