Format:  7-hour seminar that focuses on understanding key principles of successful leadership and how we are responsible to first leading ourselves and then others. The presentation touches on followership and the different ways to motivate Boomers, Gen-X and the Millenials. 

This 4-hour session is designed to help people understand that leadership is a choice. You can choose to be a leader in your organization or you choose to be a bystander. Most bystanders complain about the organization and rarely achieve success, so being a leader is a smart career choice and also improves morale in the workplace.
