Derrick Haywood

Dr. Derrick Haywood was born and raised in the Southwest Georgia area. He specializes in helping people to manifest their potential and helping businesses develop their leaders in a fashion that will optimize organizational resources and motivate employees to achieve optimal performance for a competitive advantage. Derrick has both his Master's Degree and Doctorate Degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Leadership and Organizational Development. He serves as a Professor at several Universities where he teaches courses on leadership, business, change management, and personal development. He is also a motivational speaker, published author, professional actor, and motion graphic designer.
