"Helping audiences - even the office sourpuss - understand how colorful living leads to better health, increased productivity and zestful daily exuberance."

My "Use All The Crayons!" presentation will uplift and entertain every attendee because it's imbued with the kind of humor and bedrock wisdom sure to resonate far into the future. My hour-long oration bestows industry leaders and associates who'll need to be happy to succeed in their occupations all the mental tools they'll need to be happy throughout their entire lives.

All will be motivated with an appreciation of our collective humanity, an understanding that we are more creative, energized and soulful when we see ourselves and one another as capable of greatness despite all our inherent flaws and struggles. My affirmation of the benefits of cheerful — even joyful — perseverance through every hardship will brighten your conference.

I'm the Latrobe, Pennsylvania–based author of "Use All The Crayons! The Colorful Guide to Simple Human Happiness." Motivational humor became a calling after his off-the-cuff talks at area libraries led to acclaim and demand from interested groups throughout the United States. Today, I travel the country delivering humor with heart keynotes to every demographic — from bakers to bankers — eager to depart feeling more happy to be human.

My book about my unique friendship with Arnold Palmer is being published by Triumph Books in May.

In essence, my presentation is about how to be happy and productive in spite of failure and rejection. My book, while widely praised, was rejected by every major publisher with one saying, "We really like your book. We think it's a great message. It's funny … But how are we ever going to sell a self-help book by a guy who seems incapable of ever even helping himself?"

Today, it's common for someone to pick up the phone and order as many as 250 copies of the book for me to bring along on my presentations. The best sale? It was just 30 copies to a stranger from Illinois. Did this woman have 30 friends? "No," she said, "I only have 10 friends, but I'm taking the other copies down to a local cancer ward where I know they'll make lots of people happy."
