A recent ABS survey estimated 45% of Australians in the age range of 16-85 will experience a mental health issue in their lifetime. My vision is to destigmatise mental health so you can talk openly and honestly about it, just like the common cold ... because it is so common!"

Sue has delivered training in communication skills for over 25 years. In 2000, she was diagnosed with panic/anxiety disorder. With professional intervention and support from her family and friends, she continues to run her successful consulting business.
