Michael O'Sullivan shows companies how to reach the Next Level in business. His experience spans Commercial Management of ASX listed companies over many years. During this time he managed high growth businesses and the successful mergers and acquisitions of many other synergistic entities.

He served as the Commercial Director of KAZ Group until the acquisition of KAZ by Telstra. Mr O'Sullivan joined KAZ Group in 1991 and worked with Kaz Group for over 14 years during which time he was a significant contributor to the growth and then public listing of the business to a peak market capitalization of over $900 million.

He served as a Director of all KAZ Group Companies including Australian Administration Services (AAS). Since leaving KAZ, he has consulted to, and been a Director of a number of technology companies. He acted as a Director and Chief Operating Officer of Anittel Group Limited from 2011 to 2014.

He currently consults to and serves as a Director of Artis Group, a specialist application software developer and consulting business. He consults to a variety of emerging companies across a broad range of industries including technology, media, and specialty retail. Michael's business experience and involvement crosses a broad spectrum of activities including: Lead Role in the IPO of KAZ Group in 2000, rated the most successful float of that year.

Acquisition of businesses ranging in scale from $250K to $210 million (totally around 20 acquisitions with aggregate value of approximately $380 million) Managing high growth businesses and aligning people through business appropriate strategies and structures Business start-ups, market and opportunity evaluation Advising businesses across a range of verticals including IT, telecommunications, technology, superannuation administration, digital marketing services, media and specialised consumer business.
