Michael Wolniewicz (wool-nev-itch) is a self styled Professional Thinker who loves to speak, and make beautiful furniture! With over 28 years of first hand experience with client satisfaction and retention, project management, leadership, communication, relationship management and training the 'monkey in the brain", Michael brings humor, and a little edginess to his training seminars. Not one to "follow convention" Mike has learned from his own failings, and indeed approaches life's crazy twists and turns with aplomb, and his message is simple...Don't give up!

Michael is a member of the National Association of Speakers in Washington DC and served as president for three years for the Shenandoah Royal Orators Toastmasters club. He currently serves as a Toastmasters Club Mentor.

Michael hails from Buffalo NY, and holds a BA in Furniture Design with a minor in Pottery. With over 28 years experience designing, finishing and building high end furniture projects that span the world. Over the years, he has worked with clients such as Time Warner Communications, AOL, the World Zionist Organization, CBS, the Dubai International Airport and the Beijing Olympics. His furniture has been featured in articles in Washington DC's Home and Design Magazine and Washington Spaces.
