Jill Anderson
Jill Anderson's background isn't ordinary by any means. In her "former" life, she was a forensic psychologist specializing in psychological testing to determine a criminal offender's level of recidivism – in other words, their potential to fail yet again.
Jill soon realized this path wasn't one she could even remotely relate to – after all, the entire reason she pursued a career in psychology was to be able to help people improve their lives – not to predict their likelihood of future failure!
During her daily work with inmates, Jill learned a thing or two. As diverse as we humans are, few of us really know our life purpose...many of us take whatever comes our way, we "settle" because we don't think we deserve better...we make rushed decisions, lose focus, and begin to question everything we've ever done.
Guided by her own purpose and passion – to motivate and inspire others to improve their lives (not to predict their likelihood of future failure!) - Jill founded Jill Ann Anderson & Associates, an organization that helps people take action to live better and work better.
The #1 thing Jill learned as a psychologist is that we must first understand ourselves before we can understand others. And that's what sets her apart. She is here to guide you in your own journey of self-discovery, so you can build the solid foundation that is absolutely necessary for all personal and professional development. She works with you to create the change necessary to accomplish all your most important goals.
Jill is a proud member of the John Maxwell team and the Institute of Coaching Professional Association at McLean Hospital, a Harvard Medical School Affiliate, which allows her immediate and exclusive access to the top systems, research and interventions in the fields of leadership and human growth and development. She is also an Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) certified coach.
