After being diagnosed with dyslexia, a learning disorder in her youth, Heather had to overcome many obstacles both personally and professionally. She developed her "Mindset Mastery" that led her to win an overall bodybuilding and fitness title of Ms. Midwest States Natural. From this experience, she realized that through disciplined action and commitment to her goals, she could overcome anything, and since then, she embarked on her mission to teach others how to do the same in business and in life.
