Let's face it, we spend way too much time at work to be bored, negative or disengaged! My mission is to equip leaders and their teams with the tools, training and inspiration so that they can create positive, customer-centered work environments where all can achieve and grow. I focus on helping those in the corporate, healthcare, non-profit and sales arenas build more connected and inspired places to work.

I'm a serial entrepreneur as well as the founder and Chief Motivational Officer of A Matter of Motivation, a training facilitation and motivational speaking firm. Over the years, I have designed, facilitated for and spoken to thousands of staff at every level in industries from finance to engineering to healthcare! I thoroughly love helping leaders have major "ah-ha" moments in my speaking engagements and in the courses I provide.  

Hard to believe it's been 20+ years I've spent as a leader in two international sales organizations where I led several large teams of independent business owners providing support and training on a local and national level. I am a founding inner circle member of the John Maxwell Certified Leadership trainers, specializing in the areas of leadership, motivation and team engagement.  I'm also a Change Cycle certified trainer as well as a Practioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).

I believe that when people are enjoying themselves they engage more in learning, absorb more information, feel confident to try skills and are more likely to use those skills on the job. SO - you better like to have fun if you attend one of my presentations because I just can't help myself. I value connecting with my group, keeping things fun and upbeat and filling the room with lots of exercises and participation to stay engaged. Finally, I help translate the complex into simple, straightforward methods so that anyone can understand and put those ideas into action!
