Prior to launching THRIVE Consulting Solutions, Connie's work history included: • 12 years as a facilitator and organizational development consultant traveling and facilitating globally within Symantec Corporation, the leader in internet security with 20,000 employees located in 50 different countries. • 7 years as a training department manager at Spiegel Catalogue, developing a corporate training program for the Newport News Catalogue from the ground up and connecting it to a corporate performance management process • 15 years creating and running an international organizational development company including clients such as the United Nations, US Postal Service, Anheuser-Busch, NASA, Washington Metro Transit Authority, Dominion Virginia Power, U.S. military agencies, Hampton Roads Regional Police Academy, Virginia city and state government, Philip Morris, Northrop Grumman, Siemens, and Canon among others • 15 years as an adjunct college professor, teaching public speaking, interpersonal communications, and organizational communications • 10 years of experience teaching public school Connie believes in today's complex business world, successful individuals and companies must be able to adapt to the constantly ever-changing environment.
